Field Study 1 – Episode 6: Classroom Management and Classroom Routines 

In Episode 6, I learned the importance of effective classroom management and well-established routines in maintaining order and maximizing learning time. I observed how clear expectations, consistent rules, and structured routines help create a productive learning environment. These practices not only minimize disruptions but also give students a sense of security and responsibility.

This episode taught me that classroom management is not just about discipline but also about building positive relationships and fostering mutual respect. As a future teacher, I plan to implement effective routines and strategies that encourage both active learning and harmonious interactions within the classroom.
