Welcome to Beaufort Elementary: Sailing Towards Success!
I hope you all had a wonderful time enjoying the recent snow and winter weather! It was a beautiful sight, but we are now gearing up for a full, productive week of school. We are excited to see all of our students back in the classroom and ready to learn.
This week, our school community will focus on the character strength of Love. Love means you value close relationships with others and being close to people.
🚢 Important Dates & Reminders
This Friday, we invite all students and staff to wear camouflage in remembrance of Young Waterfowlers Day
Please take a moment to update your calendars. Due to our recent weather closures, Monday, February 16th is now a regular school day for students. It was originally scheduled as a Teacher Workday, but it will now serve as a student make-up day. We look forward to seeing everyone on campus that Monday!
🏫 Prospective Family Tour Day Date: Wednesday, February 18th Time: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM Do you know a family looking for a new school home? We are hosting a Tour Day for new and prospective families. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to see our classrooms in action, meet our staff, and learn more about "The Ship." Please spread the word to your friends and neighbors!
🎭 Black History Program Date: Friday, February 20th Time: 8:30 AM Location: School Gymnasium You are cordially invited to join us for our annual Black History Program. Our students have been working hard on performances, readings, and presentations. We look forward to seeing our community come together for this special morning of inspiration.

We are thrilled to welcome our newest students and their families to Beaufort Elementary! Our Kindergarten Registration Event is just around the corner, and we can't wait to help you begin your educational journey with us.

Please bring all required documentation (Birth Certificate, Immunization Records, and Proof of Residency) to ensure a smooth registration process.

March 5th: Book Fair Family Night 3:30-4:30 and Literacy Night 5:00 p.m.
