Welcome to Beaufort Elementary: Sailing Towards Success!
This week, our school community will focus on the Other People Mindset of Supporting Others
When They Struggle. This means when other people are struggling, we do our best to help
them out.
Seadog Student of the Week:
We are celebrating our students who have demonstrated outstanding character and dedication this week! Their positive actions help make our school a wonderful place to learn.
Lachlan Kelly exemplifies a never-give-up attitude, consistently trying his absolute best even when challenges arise.
Corbin Bullock is an outstanding listener who consistently demonstrates politeness and is always ready and willing to help others.
Luke Goodwin models excellent behavior by consistently following directions the first time asked, setting a positive example for all his classmates.
Aliah Collins showed outstanding citizenship by lending necessary supplies to a classmate and helping them focus and stay on track with their work.
Ethan Lovings demonstrated true friendship and perseverance by encouraging a friend to keep going and trying their best when they encountered a difficult task.
Isabelle Anglin is a model of hard work, consistently demonstrating her best effort and strong dedication every single day.
Important Date: Holiday Sing-Along & Early Release:
Mark your calendars for a wonderful morning of song and celebration before Winter Break!
Holiday Sing-Along: Each grade level will be singing during our annual Holiday Sing-Along on Friday, December 19th, at 8:30 AM. Parents are invited to join us to hear our students perform!
Early Release Day: Please note that Friday, December 19th, is also an Early Release Day. This marks the official start of our Winter Break. Please ensure your transportation plans are updated for this early dismissal time.
New Drop-Off Procedure:
To improve traffic flow and ensure student safety, all students will unload from their vehicles before the crossswalk to enter the school building. This change helps prevent congestion in the immediate intersection area.
This new process will begin on Monday, January 5th.
Safety Reminder for Walkers:
If your child is walking up from the parking lot and needs to cross the intersection, a parent or guardian must escort them across the road to ensure their safety.
Seadog Students, if no one has told you today, know that Mrs. Clemmons deeply cares.
