Welcome to Beaufort Elementary: Sailing Towards Success! ⚓
Dear Beaufort Elementary Families,
This week, we are excited to focus on Teamwork for our Positivity Project word of the week. Teamwork is the ability to work together effectively and efficiently towards a common goal. It is a crucial life skill that we see our students demonstrating every day in the classroom and on the playground. Please continue to encourage this value at home!
Student Spotlight: Celebrating Last Week's Achievements
We want to give a special shout-out to these students who showed great curiosity and character last week. Their efforts have made a positive impact on our school community!
Braxton Clemmons-Showed curiosity by exploring different centers.
Tre Garrett-For always asking questions and wanting to know more about what we are talking about.
Geraldine Barajas Rico-For staying positive in the art room!
Kyson Bell-Being curious about his expectations to confirm his on-task behavior.
Max Brown-Very curious about rocks, gems, magnets, plants, and electricity.
William White-Showing curiosity by asking meaningful questions.
Liam Dowd-For stopping to help another student that was having a tough day.
Important Reminders
This is a very important week for new procedures. Please remember that this past Friday, September 5th, was the last day for parents to walk students into the school. We are celebrating Independence Day on Monday, September 8th, where all students will be encouraged to walk into school without a parent. We will have several staff members located throughout the hallways to ensure your student gets to where they need to go.
Also, all Pre-K and Kindergarten parents, please remember that your child’s Immunization Records are due to Nurse Anna no later than September 23rd.
