Welcome to Beaufort Elementary: Sailing Towards Success! ⚓
This week, our school will focus on the character strength of Integrity. Integrity means being honest, truthful, and genuine.
We are so proud of the following students:
Palmer Spivey: Seeing something from a friend's perspective.
Grayson Woolard: Demonstrating Self-Control by saving his Dojo points to buy an item for his sister and mother.
Ivyanna Sharpe: Taking pride in keeping a clean playground by picking up trash.
Silas Ward: Being focused and on-task during Reading WIN (What I Need).
Julian O'Berry: Showing Honesty by turning in money he found outside.
Araya Baker: Always willing to lend a helping hand.
Important Reminders:
October 22nd is Picture Day and our District has recently announced that it will also be Unity Day and has invited everyone to wear Orange for Anti-Bullying Month.
Attention Kindergarten Parents! You are invited to join us for our annual Kindergarten Costume Parade. Come see our youngest students celebrate creative costumes!

Who is invited to attend? Families of Kindergarten students
Friday, October 31st, is an Early Release Day. Dismissal will be promptly at 12:00 PM (noon). Please plan transportation and childcare arrangements accordingly. The Boys and Girls Club will be open for After-School Care.
Costume Guidelines for All Students:
To ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone, please note the following rules for all students (including those not in Kindergarten) who choose to wear a costume:
Kindergarten Only: The parade event is for Kindergarten students only.
School-Safe Costumes: All other students are invited to wear a school-appropriate, safe costume.
Prohibited Items: Absolutely NO scary items, weapons, or anything promoting violence.
Mask Policy: NO masks or items that cover the face are permitted at any time.
2nd Grade Veteran's Day Program Performance:
We are honored to invite our 2nd Grade Parents to attend a very special Veteran's Day Program hosted and performed by our 2nd Grade students. They have been working hard to prepare a thoughtful performance to honor our veterans.
