Welcome to Beaufort Elementary: Sailing Towards Success! ⚓
Dear Beaufort Elementary Families,
This week, our school will focus on the character strength of Perspective. This means understanding and appreciating different points of view. Perspective, often seen as wisdom, goes beyond intelligence.
Student Spotlight: Celebrating Last Week's Achievements
We want to give a special shout-out to these students who showed positive character last week. Their efforts have made an impact on our school community!
We are so proud of the following students:
Owen Breedlove: Owen showed great teamwork during our recent P2 lesson by collaborating effectively with his classmates.
Cameron Wells: Cameron demonstrated incredible kindness and support by cheering on another student as they worked to cross the monkey bars.
Camren Collins: A true leader, Camren is always thinking of others and setting a positive example for his peers.
Lydia Barbour: We want to celebrate Lydia's consistent willingness to help her classmates by always assisting with snack during recess.
Ayden Foraker: Ayden exemplifies what it means to be present by consistently having his eyes on the speaker during lessons.
Tyler Morris: Tyler showed outstanding selflessness by giving up her position to allow another student to have an opportunity to play a game during recess.
Important Reminders:
We want to extend a huge thank you to everyone who came out to our Curriculum Night last week. We were so excited to see so many of you here, and we hope you learned a lot about what your children are doing and what's happening in their grade levels. Your involvement is so important to their success!
This is a friendly reminder that our school fundraiser will be ending this Wednesday, October 1st. Please turn in any remaining donations by the end of the day.
The Lions Club will be on campus this Thursday, October 2nd, to provide vision screenings for our students. This is a wonderful service they provide to ensure all students can see clearly in the classroom.
The Town of Beaufort is hosting a National Night Out event right here at our school! This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with your neighbors, town officials, and local emergency responders. Please bring your family and join us for a fun, community-focused evening on Tuesday, October 7th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Seadog Students, if no one has told you today, know that Mrs. Clemmons deeply cares.
