Welcome to Beaufort Elementary: Sailing Towards Success!
Over these next two weeks, our school community will focus on the character strength of Gratitude. Gratitude means being aware of and grateful for good things that happen.
Seadog Student of the Week:
We are celebrating our students who have demonstrated outstanding character and dedication this week! Their positive actions help make our school a wonderful place to learn.
Naudia Hall: Our ultimate “bucket filler!” Naudia is always ready with kind words of encouragement and offers comforting hugs when needed, spreading warmth to everyone she meets.
Ashton Cotton: Showed great perspective this week, demonstrating the important skill of understanding and seeing things from a friend’s different point of view.
Bentley Garner: Exhibited fantastic focus and dedication by staying on task throughout the entire Math WIN block.
Herbi Rodriguez: A shining example of diligence, Herbi is always trying his best and giving 100% effort in all subjects.
Logan Salter: Expressed exceptional creativity this week, bringing beautiful ideas to life in her drawing and writing assignments.
Elijah Gorman: Demonstrated great kindness and responsibility by immediately helping to clean up a classroom mess.
Important Updates: Thanksgiving Lunch, PTO Donations, and Holiday Break
1. PTO Donation Request: Wobble Down Front Street
Our PTO is requesting donations to support the "Wobble Down Front Street" event scheduled for Thursday morning at 8:00 AM.
Items Requested: Boxes of granola bars and cases of bottled water.
Drop-off: Please drop off all donated items at the Front Office by Tuesday.
2. Thanksgiving Lunch
We are excited for our Annual Thanksgiving Lunch on Monday. Please note the following important logistics:
This is a final reminder that we will not be accepting any payments the day of. All payments were due by the end of day Friday.
To ensure smooth transitions and limit class interruptions, we will not be pulling siblings out of class to join parents at another sibling's lunch time. If you have more than one child attending, parents are asked to stay for each child's lunch period. We appreciate your cooperation!
3. Balloons Over Beaufort Event
The "Balloons Over Beaufort" event will take place on Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM.
If you are a Kindergarten parent, you are more than welcome to attend this special event in the main school lobby.
4. Thanksgiving Break Schedule
We hope each of you has a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving Break!
No School: Wednesday, November 26th- Friday November, 28th
School Resumes: Monday, December 1st
