Vocabulary
pang - a sudden sharp pain or a painful emotion
unveiling - to show or reveal something to others for the first time
obstacle course - a series of objects that people or animals in a race have to jump, climb, go over, go around, or go under, etc.
ringmaster/ringmistress - a person whose job it is to introduce performers in a circus
personality - a set of emotional qualities, ways of behaving, etc. that makes a person different from other people
adopted - to choose or take as one's own; make one's own by selection, such as a child or pet
peaceful - free from war, strife, commotion, violence, or disorder

usStory Elements: Problem & Solution (Conflict & Resolution)
Every main character(s) in a story has a conflict (or problem) to solve or overcome. The plot (beginning, middle, e and end of the story) is centered around this conflict and the ways in which the character(s) attempt to resolve the problem. The solution the problem is solved is called the resolution.

Comparative & Superlative Adverbs
Some adverbs compare actions.
A comparative adverb is when we compare two actions. We add -er to the end of most adverbs.
A superlative adverb is when we compare three or more actions. We add -est to the end of most adverbs.
For most adverbs ending in -ly, we need to add the word more (if comparing two actions) or the word most (if comparing three or more actions) in front of the adverb.
