The College of Law Library is located at the ground floor of the College of Law building. The library offers WiFi connectivity, computers with Internet connection is also available to aide with the students’ research and other information needs.

Hagonoy Campus Library was established in 2015 thru a concert for a cause “Himig Ko Tulong Mo.” A project of PTA and PTCA Federation in collaboration (also served as singers) with Dr. Mariano De Jesus, BSU President, Ms. Baby D. Natividad, Ina ng Malolos, Mayor Christian D. Natividad, City Mayor of Malolos, and BSU Cap Band.
HC Library caters and supports the information needs of the programs Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, Bachelor of Secondary Education, Computer Technology, and Food Technology as well as its faculty and staff. Ms. Siena F. Dingle then managed the library as Library-in-Charge. In 2017, Ms. Myracel R. Jamora was hired as a full-time librarian to date.

The Meneses Campus Library is located at Alvarado Building, 2nd floor beside the Computer Laboratory. The Library Section has different areas which are Reference, Filipiniana, Technical, Computer Area, and Baggage. The Meneses Campus-Library holds a collections limited on Education, Information Technology, Business Administration and Food and Nutrition which classified according to Library of Congress.
