Once the training home of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lougars Gym in Portsmouth is a famous old weightlifting gym now poised for a new chapter. Appointed by our client, Dr. Ian Hendy, we successfully secured planning permission in February 2022 to convert the building into residential apartments.
