Student Housing Ideas Competition

This competition-winning scheme for student housing was developed in response to a brief from Campus Living Villages. The competition sought innovative, flexible, and unique accommodation that would promote student interaction, create dedicated spaces for recreation and learning, encourage environmental awareness, and be adaptable to various contexts and site formats.

Our proposal featured a system of interconnecting buildings and spaces that could be combined to create a range of vibrant campus scenarios. The design's standardization and interconnectivity allow for numerous variations in accommodation type, layout, and massing. Key elements and building blocks are specifically articulated to generate well-proportioned and appropriate external spaces
