54 Portland Place, a Grade A office building in London W1, was expertly redeveloped by The Howard de Walden Estate in 2015. The project created state-of-the-art office accommodations behind the building's original facade, which is a rare piece of architectural history from Robert Adam's 1790s design of Portland Place.
The property is equipped with a variety of desirable amenities, including two courtyards (one on the lower ground floor and one on the ground floor), a first-floor terrace, and cycle storage for eight bikes. The building also holds a BREEAM "Very Good" rating.
