When it looks like clean towel count is running low, alert the Lab Manager. They will contact Rob from The Laundry Club to get towels laundered!
Towels used for EEG studies belong to the lab (tags on the towels are labeled Frank Lab or LNCC in black sharpie). Our lab uses a laundry service located in Wayland Square called The Laundry Club.
Contact person is named Rob (cell: 401-272-2520). His typical schedule is picking up/dropping off towels on Tuesdays and Thursdays. He will come to the lab for pick up/drop off. Make sure to gather all towels in a plastic baggie or tote for Rob to pick up.
Payment is set up in 1 of 2 ways:
If the receipt is attached to the delivered laundered towels, you will need to submit a purchase request (see General Finances) and attach the receipt
If there was no receipt attached to the delivered towels, the receipt was likely submitted to Rosa. In which case, she may reach out to you and ask if your lab used laundry services recently and to then send her the justification form (i.e. purchase request).
