We administer electronic consent forms for our Healthy Adults protocol studies via Qualtrics but must use paper for our Parkinson's protocol studies.
If you need to be added to the Qualtrics questionnaires to view their responses or anything else, please conact the Lab Manager.

Tolcapone corresponds to our pharmacological + EEG study (2015-2019).
The protocol is currently set to specify Tolcapone, but can be amended to specify other drugs we may have approval for (i.e. Cabergoline).
