Visitor parking passes

This tip is about How to Request a Visitor Parking Pass!

As a friendly reminder, coaches and staff may not submit reimbursement for taxis or other rideshares to campus for any continuing travel purposes (i.e. team travel, business travel, recruiting travel, etc.).

However, as an alternative, units/sports may request visitor parking passes, and the associated cost is directly charged back to your team or administrative unit.

Requests can be placed by emailing our Athletics Vehicle Coordinator 72 hours prior to the travel date.

Passes are awarded on a first come first serve basis and instructions are attached below.
