Direct Bill Mailing Options

Athletics currently has two options to direct bill business shipping expenses:

USPS: Metered mail cards can be used to send prepackaged mail through USPS. Mail cards are specific to each cost center and are not transferable between teams and departments. Please see the outgoing mail attachment with this email for more information and mailing instructions.

FedEx: Athletics has an account with FedEx to ship packages or priority mail.

To direct bill shipping costs use account: 2517-5479-9

Please note this account number is only for shipping charges (it will not work for packaging materials or printing).

Also, a friendly reminder that Mail Services drops off mail in the Pizzitola Mail Room twice a week on Monday and Friday.
