The Workday Recover Assistant

Have you ever accidentally closed out of your browser or lost your internet connection while in the middle of a task in Workday? Your Workday Recovery Assistant can help with that.

Recovery Assistant - Allows you to recover tasks that were lost due to timing out or a loss of connection.

To access Recovery Assistant:

1. Select Restore from the pop-up that appears when you log in OR

2. Navigate to your profile icon and select Recovery Assistant
