We reached a quorum thanks to attendees and proxies. We want to the thank the members who attended, the members who completed and submitted proxies, and the volunteers who canvassed for proxies. We could not have done it without you.
We had 23 owners represented with 28 total attendees (signed in). We had 69 valid proxies remaining because attendance overrides a proxy and we had 79 total proxies registered.
Attendance on Nov 18th - The first column list each of the attendees. The second column relates the attendee to the ownership record. An ownership record can only relate to a single individual to ensure the number of votes are correct.
Meeting Minutes - When the draft minutes for the 2023 Fall Membership Meeting are completed they will be placed here.
This the continuation of the Fall 2023 meeting from October 7th which was adjourned due to the lack of a quorum. We could not vote on approval of 2023 Spring General Meeting minutes, the proposed 2024 Budget, and lines on secondary streets (already completed on Long Leaf).
The quorum requirements are now 25% of the members in good standing meaning we need 68 votes. Proxies are only valid for a specific General Meeting or Special Meeting and the adjournment meetings thereof.
If you haven't completed a proxy for the 2023 Fall General Meeting and there is even a remote possibility of missing the meeting, please complete a proxy so we have a quorum for the meeting
If you have already completed for the 2023 Fall General Meeting and wish to change your proxy, please complete a new one since your previous proxy will be overridden with the most recent dated proxy assignment.
If you attend and you have an existing proxy, your in-person vote supersedes the proxy.
This is a continuation of 2023 Fall General Membership Meeting held on October 7th. A quorum was not achieved so all voting was moved to this meeting time.
