Raymond Demers

I am a musician. I have played the piano since the age of 4 and am trained in both classical and jazz styles. As an only child, I spent a lot of my free time, when I wasn’t reading or practicing, watching movies and playing video games. Of course, in my younger years, like most people, I didn’t realize there was so much effort and time that put into creating these things and I didn’t really recognize them as forms of art. When I came to BAA however, that changed. I realized we live in a world surrounded by art. I realized that art is what brings people together and art is what makes people of all ages and backgrounds happy. And because of that, I realized that making music is how I will contribute to this world. I plan to use my art and the skills that I have built up over the years to spread goodness into the world, bring joy to as many people as I can, and influence others to do the same.
