Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down

A common debate in schools across the world is the folder color of subjects, the most commonly debated being the color of math. To settle this debate, at BGHS, I’ve decided to conduct a poll among the students. The most popular color is divided between red and blue, but to make it fair, I have included yellow and green in the poll. Well, the results are in! According to our students, math is red. Now, this was obviously not unanimous, one student submits,

 “Blue is the only right answer, anything else is just wrong.”

 In an interview, first-year Meredith Ward says, “I think math is red because I have always associated difficult things (like math) with the color red.” Although there is still some controversy on the correct folder color of math, majority rules, and it is red.
