Objective: Make a piece of art that represents your identity or expresses a way that you feel.

Vocabulary

Originality is the quality of newness that exists in something not done before or not derived from something else.
Identity is the way we perceive and express ourselves.
Characteristics is a feature or quality belonging typically to a person, place, or thing and serving to identify it.
Personality is the combination of characteristics or qualities that form an individual's distinctive character.
Culture is characterized by the customs, arts, social institutions, and achievements of a particular nation, people, or other social group.
Style is a distinctive appearance, typically determined by the principles according to which something is designed.
Authenticity is when something is true to one’s personality or character
Self-Expression is the expression of one’s personality
Symbolism is the Late nineteenth-century movement that advocated the expression of an idea over the realistic description of the natural world
