MYP3 2021 Exhibit

This year has brought many learnings to all of us, developing inner powers on observing our context through new perspectives, thinking out of the box, creating dreams from our bedrooms and sharing them through a lens.

Artists are dreamers with a different world perspective. This year we have been dreaming of another situation, of being out there, visiting places, observing nature and wanting things to be different. From our class we flew away and planned for the future, while learning drawing techniques and understanding the beauty of art through a different window.

Through the semester students explored architecture and artworks that they will visit, reinterpreting how those could be seen if they were expressing a contemporary issue, they learned about lines, value, space, proportions, observational skills, composition, color, media, mixed media, merge of coloring, grid methods… Expression and representation!

The lessons learned during this process will grow their knowledge of understanding a new world.

They did their best and the images prove so. Hope you can enjoy them, as much as we did.
