You role in this project is to become tour organisers for a Commonwealth tour. You will work in groups of three and each of your in your group will have a responsibility for a role in your tour. The three roles will be:
The finance manager will lead the money allocation of the tour. You will organise the budget spreadsheet and be responsible for making sure the tour can make a good profit.
The marketing manager is responsible for ensuring that you have a good marketing campaign. You will organise the tour website and the tour promotional video.
The travel manager is responsible for ensuring that the itinerary of the tour is organised. You will need to create a tour map and present information on all the locations so everyone in the tour can be comfortable. Find suitable hotels, suitable restaurants to eat in, suggestions for social activities when not working.
You have three different areas that you can focus on for your tour. You will be a part of one of these groups and each group will have one of each of the managers.
You are the tour organisers for a new made up football team. You need to arrange for your team to play at between 3 and 5 different football stadiums within different Commonwealth countries around the world.
You are the tour manager of a new up and coming band. You need to arrange for your band to play at between 3 and 5 different venues within different Commonwealth countries around the world.
You are a tour manager for a new fashion clothing line. You need to arrange between 3 - 5 fashion shows at different venues in different Commonwealth countries around the world.
