Health and Wellbeing is at the heart of our Learning and Teaching.
Learners are regularly encouraged to engage with the SHANARRI Wellbeing Indicators throughout their learning and within Health and Wellbeing classes. Wellbeing (SHANARRI) - Getting it right for every child (GIRFEC) - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Our ASL staff team deliver a broad range of Health and wellbeing topics within the department and learners may also access their Personal and Social Education classes with their PSAT teachers if appropriate.
Our Health and Relationships Education is based around the RSHP resource (Relationships, Sexual Health and Parenthood) and plans and resources can be viewed here: Learners with Additional Support Needs (ASN) - RSHP
