MFL S2 French

Our S2 French course further progresses learners' knowledge and understanding of the culture and language of la Francophonie, the French-speaking world.

Learners in S2 will develop their confidence in reading, writing, listening, and talking in French, with a focus on spontaneous conversations and relevant reading & writing tasks.

In S2, we use formative assessment, meaning that we use a mix of classwork, homework, vocabulary trackers, and mini-assessments to understand where the learners are in their learning journey. Learners set their own targets and decide with their teacher how best to achieve those targets.
