About

The AdriEATic project aims to:

👉Generate a new consciousness among teachers in catering and hospitality training schools about the value and opportunities associated with enhancement of sustainable fishery products;

👉Improve the level of knowledge and expertise on sustainable fishing actions and best practices in the EU;

👉Improve skills in Digital Marketing so that the sustainability of actions can be an added value for the restaurant at several levels;

👉 Introduce the good practice of the "narrative" Menu within the restaurant sector;

👉Encourage interactions between fishing co-operatives and the restaurant sector, by changing demand to encourage a more sustainable offer.

The AdriEATic project foresees the following activities:

1️⃣ Co-generation and implementation of this Toolkit intended for hotel school trainers and high school teachers consisting of digital training modules aimed at exploring best practices, sustainable fishing opportunities and territorial marketing for the creation of the storytelling menus.

2️⃣ Experimentation and validation of the Toolkit during a series of workshops through the formulation of the narrative menu with field verification of the effectiveness of the training modules with peer review by other trainers and high school teachers and validation by experts.
