Narrative Menus



The Narrative Menus you will find below are the result of creative culinary design sessions led by the 15 teachers we trained through the AdriEATic project on sustainable fishing in the Adriatic Sea.


 These menus were created by about a hundred students from the 4 schools involved. 

Our thanks to them for their passion and curiosity. 


 At the bottom of this page you will also find the templates of the menus we made, which were the guide for the creative sessions. Are you a trainer or teacher? Download the menu template for free and if you decide to use it in your teaching, let us know.. we are curious!
