New APU Practicum Instructor & Preceptor Information

Thank you for your willingness to supervise APU students! We are here to support you and facilitate the process of onboarding you as a new APU practicum instructor. Please see the steps of starting as a new APU practicum instructor. Whether you are a seasoned supervisor or new to supervision, we are here to assist you to have a successful year with your APU student. Preceptors are also welcome to attend our practicum instructor trainings.

1) Complete the online Practicum Instructor & Preceptor Profile and upload your resume

2) Register for our Practicum Instructor Training by visiting the Practicum Instructor Training page

All APU practicum instructors must attend the fall live Zoom training. If you have not attended any practicum instructor trainings from other universities, please complete our 8 hour online practicum instructor module.
