All first-time and returning Practicum Instructors and Preceptors are invited to complete training sessions of our Practicum Instructor Training Series.  Total 10 hours are required for new APU Practicum Instructors (Hours must be completed within 5 months of commencement of supervision). This course meets the qualifications for eight (8) hours of continuing education credit for LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCCs, and LEPs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS). The Azusa Pacific University Department of Social Work is an approved provider of continuing education, per the BBS Business and Professions Code, Section 1887.4.3.
