LazrKits(To be finished)

The purpose of the entreprenurial projects is to learn how to create and manage a business.

Introduction

In Makerspace, we had the chance to do an entrepreneurial project. I chose to to laser tag, which would entail creating instructions and putting together kits for people to buy and make their own laser tag at home. I pitched my idea to Heather Dennis and Emily Morgan and I got approved. I recieved $100 to use for the project.

Learning

Before I could teach anyone how to do stuff, I had to learn it myself. It was relatively easy to learn to breadboard with Captain's tutorials, and after a week or so I was confident enough to do it on my own.

Making Instructions

This part of the process took the longest. For the first few, I mostly copied Captain's instructions. But for the last few, I made my own. I made graphics using Fritzing to go with the instructions.

Ordering Parts

We needed to order parts to put in the kits, so we went on Aliexpress and ordered $77.67 worth of components. These components would go into the kits. When the Arduinos (microcomputers powering the components) shipped, they were the wrong ones. Captain let me use his, and we would order the right ones.
