Sometimes I don't participate enough in class, so participating more in class would be a good learner goal.

I have decided to make my learner goal to participate verbally more in class.

About six weeks later, I would say I am step one, speaking up when I have something to say.

A week or so later, I would say that I'm in between step one and step two. That would be speaking 1 -3 times a day in class.
Have you kept the steps you decided on at the goal setting conference? If so, how has this moved you closer to your Learner Goal? If not, what has gotten in your way?
I have kept the steps I set, but I have not progressed much past the first few.
What are you excited about when it comes to your Learner Goal?
I am excited to speak up more in class.
What are you frustrated with?
I am not frustrated with anything.
What are your next steps?
I am at step 2, speaking up at least three times in school. My next steps would be to remember specific times in the day when I spoke.

I think I did complete my goal. I didn't get to step 3, but I definitely am speaking more in class than at the beginning of the year.
