Lift Rickstones Academy is a cashless school. Payments for dinner money, trips, and other items are made online via ParentPay, a secure platform.

Setting Up ParentPay (New Users)
Every parent/carer receives a one-time activation username and password for each student.
For new Year 7 students, these are sent at the start of the academic year.
To activate your account:
Go to www.parentpay.com
Enter your activation username and password in the Account Login section
Follow the prompts to:
- Enter your personal information
- Choose a new username and password for future access
- Register your email address (for receipts and reminders)Access ‘Items for Payment’, add items to your basket, and complete your payment
Making Payments
Important: The one-click payment method is a bank transfer that can take up to 10 days to clear.
ParentPay credits your child’s account immediately, but if funds are unavailable when the bank processes the payment, it may result in a failed payment and a debt on your child’s account.
Recommended Method for Topping Up Dinner Money:
Log in to www.parentpay.com
Select your student’s name → click Pay for Meals
Enter the amount → click Add to Basket
Click the trolley icon → Proceed to Checkout
Click Other Payment Method
Enter your card details → click Review Payment
Option to save card details for future paymentsClick Pay Now
Check your email for a receipt from platform@parentpay.com to confirm the transaction
