This is an exciting time to join New Rickstones Academy as we continue to expand. Over the last 8 years, student numbers have more than doubled, leading to oversubscription and the addition of a new building in September 2022 to accommodate the growing demand.

We maintained our 'Good' OFSTED rating in 2023.  Whilst learning is our core aim, mutual respect and fantastic working relationships between students and staff is what makes New Rickstones Academy what it is, and makes me proud to be Principal.

New Rickstones Academy is a great place to work with modern facilities and a friendly and supportive staff team. The academy is proud to boast high staff retention and development.  We have an extensive and hugely successful CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programme to further develop our excellent staff.

If you are considering a role at New Rickstones Academy, please arrange a visit and come and see the academy for yourself.
