At Cottingley Primary Academy, we do everything we can to make sure that all children have equal opportunities to make progress and develop full potential, regardless of gender, race, disability of special needs.

All Lift Schools study other cultures and learn to value and respect everyone. We work hard to challenge racist attitudes and deal very severely with any racist name calling or abuse, should it occur. This is tied in with 's ethos and values, listed below:
