2. Create a Wolfram ID account for the end user (not the desktop support individual)

3. Go back to https://user.wolfram.com/portal/requestAK/c51e79e5334a3600a4f740a2b3720961216dbc17

4. Login with your new Wolfram ID account

5. Create an Activation key ( make sure to select the correct platform).

6. Open your email and go to the link to download the product.

6.5 Download the product.

7. Install the software.

8. Run Mathematica.

9. Activate with your generated activation key.
