For ME-IT to assist with ANY Zoom event, the following users must be made co-hosts:

2540 Grand Conference Room - Zoom PC
1. Sign into the computer with your username and password.
2. Open Zoom and login with your username and password.
3. Start/join a meeting.
3a. The Camera will default to the room camera. You can control the camera from the room CRESTRON touch panel (Lecture Recorder button).
3b. The Microphone should default to Analogue 1 + 2 (Focusrite USB Audio)
3c. The Speaker should default to Crestron.
To share content that is displayed on the projector:
Share Screen>Advanced>Content from 2nd camera
