ME-IT is the group that will be assisting with your IT needs. The best way to reach the IT group is through me-it@umich.edu. This email creates tickets in our ticketing system and is monitored by the entire team. Please get in touch with us for any IT assistance.

The University has a strategic contract with Dell & Apple. Please browse the options in the M-Marketsite (requires U-M login); you will see Dell & Apple as options under the "Office/Computer" section. North Campus has many options for purchasing equipment in person; please visit the Tech Shop. Alternatively, if you want a customized quote, please email me-it@umich.edu with your request, and we will work with vendors to provide pricing.

ITS (Information and Technology Services) provides the University with technology and communications services in support of the University of Michigan's academic and research needs.

CAEN (Computer-Aided Engineering Network) provides the College of Engineering community with a wide range of computing and other information technology to support the College's instructional, research, administrative, and service missions.

ARC (Advanced Research Computing) provides or facilitates access to a shared computing cluster, cloud computing services, research storage, and more. 

The ME department has an internal Intranet page with lots of great information. You may not have access to this until your start date. Please email me-hrsupport@umich.edu for access.
