TESDA PaMaMariSan STEP Focal, Annalyn Panopio with Mr. Antonio Borromeo, STEP Provider and President of Success Advance Corporation, awarded starter toolkits to the graduates of the 2014 Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I held at Brgy. Sta. Lucia, Pasig City on August 5, 2016. The event was graced by Ms. Mons Romulo,  Brgy. Captain Elpidio Bunag and Councilor Ricmar Pineda.
