The Substance Abuse Traffic Offender Program is a statewide mandated system of comprehensive, accessible, community-based education and treatment options for individuals arrested in Missouri for alcohol and drug-related driving offenses. SATOP is a 2-Step program requiring a screening interview followed by attendance in one of four programs.

Sober living is a type of group housing for all adults 18 years or older. All tenants are involved in substance abuse recovery programs. Tenants are provided an alcohol, drug, and violence-free environment to aid in their path to restoration. All properties are located on bus routes and with-in walking/biking distance from downtown district, treatment centers, business districts, 12-step meetings, employment placement agencies, and social service centers.
Private rooms are $125 per week. Shared rooms are $105 per week. Bedrooms include bed, dresser, WiFi, TV with cable, desk and chair, nightstand, bed linens, bath towels and a box fan. Fresh Start can also accommodate Home Plans for those being released by the Dept. of Corrections.

In2Action is a Missouri Department of Mental Health certified outpatient treatment program. We offer recovery support services in a transitional housing setting for those who are justice-involved. We are also faith-based which affords residents the opportunity to develop their relationship with God.
Transitional Housing - in2Action residents are provided not just a house but a home. Safe, affordable, and drug-free housing is considered an important predictor for success among the released offender population. In addition, in2Action provides a living environment that more closely resembles a home than a house or transitional housing program. Residents share a bedroom with one other person, cook and clean for themselves, and have access to phone, cable, and internet.

The IBHC offers comprehensive integrative behavioral healthcare for adults who are uninsured or unable to afford low cost, high quality care. Services are provided by graduate and doctoral students at the University of Missouri School of Social Work and Counseling Psychology.

Batterers’ Intervention Program (BIP) is a program that batterers attend, usually as part of the legal system response to an act of domestic violence. A batterer may also attend a program voluntarily. A BIP can play an important role in a coordinated community response to domestic violence, but it is important that victim safety and offender accountability remain the primary goals of a BIP. Other goals may include education and awareness of the belief system that allows battering to occur.
