Step 1: Login to Amazon Seller Central
Using LastPass, or the password your manager gave you.
Step 2: Go to Seller Feedback Page
In Performance tab at the top navigation bar, choose Feedback.
Step 3: Check if there are new unanswered feedbacks
Feedbacks in the Seller Feedback Page are sorted from recent feedback to oldest feedback, beginning at the top of the page.
Find the last unanswered feedback, by clicking the Actions button in the right side of each feedback, and going from top to bottom.
Step 4: Answer the Feedback
Answer the review as following:
If it's a POSITIVE feedback (5 or 4 stars) - use the template right here to answer it.
If the positive review mentions the product, also initiate Convert Feedback to Review SOP, right here.
If it's a NEGATIVE feedback (3, 2 or 1 stars) - alert seller.
Once approves, initiate Removing Negative Feedback SOP, right here.
If the review wasn't removed by Amazon, then answer it with the template.
