How to answer a Customer Review

Step 1: Connect to Seller Central

Make sure you're connected to the following:

• 1. Connected to Seller Central.

  2. Connected to the buyer account in Amazon.com.

NOTE! —

The buyer account should have an access permission to seller central as well, otherwise Amazon won't relate that account to your seller account, and might not display your response.

Step 2: Go to your Amazon Listing Page

Go to the product page of the ASIN you're interested in.

Step 3: Go to Customer Reviews SECTION in the listing

Click on the reviews link just below the product title, to jump directly to the reviews section.

Step 4: Go to the Customer Reviews PAGE

Click on the reviews 5 stars image to open the reviews page.

Step 5: Sort the Reviews

To make sure you can see all reviews, the filter bar should say:

• SORT BY: Most recent

• FILTERED BY: All reviewers

• All stars

• All formats

• Text, image, video

Step 6: Answering Review

Answer the reviews one by one from the most recent to the last.

Answer each review using the right template from the templates section in this portal.

Note!

If a template doesn't exist in the templates section, this is what you do:

• 1. Alert the seller.

  2. The seller will provide you with an answer to review.

  3. Reply to the review.

  4. Update the Portal templates page with the new response.
