Step 1: Verify that it's not a fraud
In some cases your seller might suspect fraud, and would prefer to request of Amazon to remove the review first. For that matter, make sure your seller knows you're about to contact a customer who has left a negative review.
Step 2: Connect to Seller Central
Log in using LastPass or the password your manager gave you.
Step 3: Go to Customer Reviews Section in the Product listing
Click on the reviews link just below the product title, to jump directly to the reviews section.
Step 4: Go to the Customer Reviews Page
Click on the reviews 5 stars image to open the reviews page.
Step 5: Sort the Reviews
To make sure you can see all reviews, the filter bar should say:
SORT BY: Most recent
FILTERED BY: All reviewers
All stars
All formats
Text, image, video
Step 6: Locate the Customer
Using AmzFire chrome extension, click on Find Order,
and let the app locate the customer for you.
AmzFire will take you to the Order Screen in Seller Central. Copy the Order ID to your clipboard.
Step 7: Go to Quantify Ninja
In the left menu Choose Orders and Blacklist.
Paste the Order ID in the Order ID Textbox.
Click Search.
Open the order tab, and press Send Message.
Step 8: Choose Negative Review Template
In the template box choose the right template for negative review.
Make sure the "Exclude this order from future template" is checked.
Step 9: Send Template
Make sure email looks good, and after you confirm click on SEND.
Step 10: Alert your Seller that message was sent
Your Seller should be ready to communicate with customer once he or she replies.
