Step 1: Login to Amazon Seller Central
Using LastPass, or the password your manager gave you.
Step 2: Go to Seller Feedback Page
In Performance tab at the top navigation bar, choose Feedback.
Step 3: Find your Negative Feedback
Find the negative feedback that you want to remove, and click on Actions located at the right side of the feedback.
Step 4: Request Feedback Removal
Click the button Request removal.
Note! —
This will be the last step so make it sure that you're trying to remove the right feedback because you can't undo this request after clicking this button.
Step 5: Open a Seller Support Ticket
If the previous step didn't work, and the review wasn't removed, then open a ticket to seller support in Seller Central with the following text.

Hello,
I'd like to request removal of feedback for Order ID ADD ORDER ID HERE.
The reason is that the feedback refers completely to the product, and not to my performance as a seller.
