Step 1: Listing Check
These are the things that need to be checked every time you perform Listing Check.
FIRST — Check Photos
Click the main photo on the Listing and make sure all photos are there. No need to open them one by one. If something is missing, alert your seller.
NEXT — Check Title
Make sure that it looks normal and nothing has been cut-off. If there is, alert your seller.
NEXT — Check Price
Check that the price is within the normal price range. If not, then alert your seller.
If there's no price then see what's written (currently unavailable or available on these sellers) then alert your seller about it.
NEXT — Check Sellers
Make sure that it's sold by <your seller's company> only and no one else. If there's other seller(s), alert your seller.
NEXT — Check Bullets
Make sure that it looks normal and nothing has been cut-off. If there is, alert your seller.
NEXT — Check Promotions
Check if promotions are 20%, 25%, and 30%. If not, then identify what's the promotion is all about.
Make sure that there's no weird promotion such as 80% or 90% discount. If there is, alert your seller.
NEXT — Check Description
Make sure that it looks normal and nothing has been cut-off. If there is, alert your seller.
See if the arrangement is according to the html tags and not just a bulk of texts on a single paragraph. If it is, alert your seller.
If your seller is using EBC or Enhanced Brand Content, make sure the normal format is applied. If not, alert your seller.
Step 2: Check Reviews
In general, there are only 2 types of reviews which are the positive and negative reviews. Check procedure on how to deal with a customer review and the templates:

Step 3: Check Questions
This is necessary to know if there are some inquiries to your seller's product from customers.
FIRST — Go to Customer questions & answers page
Click answered questions located beneath the Title and proceed until you get to questions & answers page.
NEXT — Sort the Questions
Change Most Helpful first to Newest first.
NEXT — Check New Questions
If there's no new questions or unanswered questions, this step is done.
If there's a new question or unanswered question, alert your seller.
Step 4: Check Seller Feedback
This is to check if there's a feedback to your seller from customers whether it's positive or negative.
FIRST — Go to Amazon Seller Central
Log-in using LastPass or the email and password given by your manager.
NEXT — Go to Feedback
Go to Performance then click Feedback.
NEXT — Look for new Feedback
Click Actions to see if the feedback is already answered.
If all feedback has been replied already, this Step is done.
NEXT — Send Convert Feedback to Review
Make sure that the new feedback is talking about the product.

This is only applicable if there's a negative feedback that's talking about the product.

Note: It is important to tell your seller about negative feedback even if you already knew what to do. Your seller might have some additional input or something for you to do first. So, always alert your seller especially if it's a negative feedback.
