If a user is having issues with slowness in PowerSchool, the following information is helpful:

Wired or wireless connection
PowerSchool server (can by found by going to Special Functions -> Server Statistics OR if the user is unable to log in, by clicking on the PowerSchool version next to the timestamp on the PS login page)
There is currently a process in place with the Onboarding Team, IT Team, and PS/Data Team to ensure new hires get access to both PS and Tableau.
This process is started by the Onboarding Team, so any questions regarding a new hire's status should first be directed to the Onboarding Team at onboarding@nobleschools.org.
When a staff member requests permission changes due to expanded responsibilities/title change, this request must come from one of authorized campus points (listed above).

For student Noble emails to be imported, they must be submitted as a spreadsheet with the student number.
How often does Mastery Manager sync with PowerSchool?
Mastery Manager syncs with PowerSchool every single night. If there is a question about Mastery Manager and PS being in sync, the PowerSchool point person at that campus should put in a ticket.
