On the PS start page, you will need to switch the drop down selection from Students to Staff > click the magnifying glass to identify "All" in your Current Staff Selection > select Quick Export.
Use the following field names to export teacher number which is needed for the Master Schedule:
LastFirst
TeacherNumber
On the PS start page, you can specify Staff Type by selecting their groups (Teachers, Staff, Lunch Staff, Substitutes) to add them to your Current Staff Selection > select Quick Export.
Keep in mind, you can only select one Staff Type Group at a time if using the groups on the start page.
If you don't want all staff members but need more than one staff group, you can customize your staff list.
On the PS start page, select the Advanced search option > specify Staff Type by selecting their groups (Teachers, Staff, Lunch Staff, Substitutes) > select Add to add them to your Current Staff Selection. Repeat the process to add another Staff Type Group.
