Changing a Teacher or Adding a Co-Teacher
Find the section you would like to modify using one of two methods:
Click on "Teacher Schedules" on the main page and select the current teacher of the section.
Click on "School" on the main page, and then scroll down to the Scheduling section, and click on "Sections." There, select the course that you would like to edit.
Click on the section number of the section you would like to edit.
To change the main teacher:
Change the End Date of the Lead Teacher to match their last day teaching the class.
Click the "Add" button above the Lead Teacher box.
Select the new teacher from the drop-down box and set the Start Date to match their first day teaching the class (should be the day after the previous teacher’s End Date).
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit" to save your changes.
To add a co-teacher:
In the Teachers/Staff - Additional section, click the "Add" button.
Select the staff member from the drop-down box. Select Co-Teacher from the next drop-down box. The 100% allocation and dates will fill in automatically.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Submit" to save your changes.
