Search Sections using the sets of drop-downs below. To get the schedule for a certain semester, search Termid=_____ (see this page for term IDs).
Check the box to "Search only records in [your school]."
Click "Search all [#] records in this table."
After you have a result, click the Export Records link (found underneath the drop-down list of tables).

Search StoredGrades using the sets of drop-downs below. To get the grades for a certain semester, search Termid=_____ (see this page for term IDs). You will also have to search for a corresponding store code.
Searching for a TermID will designate a specific year and semester. However, we store grades twice each semester, once at the quarter mark and once at the semester mark. So you will need to also specify Storecode=______ (Q1, S1, Q3 or S2). For summer semester, you only need TermID.
To search for a specific grade level, search for grade_level=_________ (enter grade).
To search for a specific student, go to the student's "Teacher Comments" page and copy the 5 digit ID after the list of courses. Then, search for Studentid=_______ (enter number).
Check the box to "Search only records in [your school]."
Click "Search all [#] records in this table."

You can also change the comparator from "=" to "contains" to get all relevant courses that contain what is being searched and continue to filter down your results as needed.
Ex: Course_Name "contains" Algebra AND Course_Name "does not contain" C1

Search Attendance using the sets of drop-downs below. Most common would be to use Att_Date which is the date the attendance was taken. If you only want daily attendance, search Att_Mode_Code = Att_ModeDaily.
If you want to search for a specific student, you'll need the student ID (this is not the same as the student number. The student ID can be found on the "Teacher Comments" page underneath the student schedule. Click here for an image to demonstrate how to find the student ID.

**Please note: [156]att_code is the human readable code for attendance, it will give you the A, X, P, etc. PeriodID and [138]Abbreviation can be used if you are exporting all attendance (not just daily).
