The first time you used MyPURPOSE, you should have completed the "Learning My Way" module. Unless you were already a supervisor at NKY Health, you probably stopped at the end of the employee training.
Before you do anything else, please log back in to MyPURPOSE, launch the module again, and complete the Manager portion of the training which comes after the employee portion of the training. You should be able to resume where you left off.
Click "Reports" > "Standard Reports."
Click "Track Employees."
Click "Pending Requests."
In the "Options" column, select the checkmark to approve or the x to deny.
To assign training to one or more of your direct or indirect subordinates:
Use the search tools to find the module you want to assign.
Click "Assign."
Click the boxes next to the names of the subordinates you want to assign the training to. (Click the top box to assign the training to everyone on the list.)
Click "Submit."
Click "Reports" > "Standard Reports."
Click "Track Employees."
Click "Training Progress Summary Pie Chart."
Set the parameters. (For Annual Required Compliance Training, they will be as follows:
Under Date Criteria
From: The date the training started (usually 12/1/YYYY).
To: The current date.
Under Advanced Criteria
Training Type: All should be checked.
Training Title: NKY Health Annual Compliance Training and Update.
Options: "Hide Archived Training" should be checked.
Display: "All Training" should be selected.
The other boxes should be unchecked.)
Click "Search."
Click "Reports" > "Standard Reports."
Click "Training."
Click "Transcript Status."
Under "User Criteria" select "Users" then click the box to the right of the field.
Enter the Last Name and the First Name and select "Search."
Select the plus "+" symbol next to the user you want to search.
Under Process Report "Report Title" enter a title for the report.
Select "Process Report."
