NKY Health uses "screener" questions to gather some information during the initial application process. The primary purpose of screener questions is to assess whether the applicant meets minimum qualifications.
Interviewing supervisors may glean additional information from application materials submitted and from documented history (factual information that is verifiable or in writing) with NKY Health.
Matching up the answers to screener questions with submitted documentation is recommended.
For all positons posted, Human Resources will set up questions to confirm that the applicant:
Meets the minimum educational, experience and certification/licensure requirements (as defined in the classification and refined in the job description.)
Is available to work during the hours/times needed.
Is willing to accept the starting pay for the position.
Is willing to work at the location(s) for the position.
Please notify Human Resources before a position is posted if you want to add additional screener questions for a particular job.
